Zero Stars: Paid for a "Deep Clean," Received a Sticky Mess I am beyond disappointed with the service. I specifically booked and paid for a Deep Cleaning service, but the results were completely substandard. Despite providing evidence directly to the company, they have ignored my complaints. The Failures: Incomplete Cleaning: Dust and residue were left in every room. For a "deep clean" price, the surfaces were barely touched. Poor Chemicals: The cleaning liquids used left a sticky residue on multiple surfaces, requiring me to re-clean them myself to avoid damage. Breach of Agreement: This service was not provided with the "reasonable care and skill" promised and paid for. Title: Substandard "Deep Clean" & Ignored Complaints I paid for a premium Deep Cleaning service, but the work performed was entirely substandard. Incomplete Work: There is visible dust and residue remaining in every room. Surface Damage/Residue: Whatever cleaning agents were used left my surfaces unpleasantly sticky, requiring me to re-clean them myself. Poor Communication: I contacted the company immediately with photo evidence, but they have completely ignored my messages. A "Deep Clean" implies a higher standard than basic maintenance, which was clearly not met here. I expect a formal apology and a [partial/full] refund for the service I did not receive. I do not recommend this company. Updated review: After few calls and message exchange, the company sent people and cleaned whereas this should have been on the first visit. Thanks for this.
