Scrubiq ingeschakeld voor een grondige schoonmaak van onze nieuwe woning (deep cleaning). Grote teleurstelling en achteraf voelt het als pure nalatigheid. Hoewel de twee medewerkers op tijd waren, de ramen mooi zijn gelapt en de medewerkster vriendelijk was, liet de schoonmaak zwaar te wensen over. Achteraf gezien waren we beter af geweest zonder de 'dienst' van Scrubiq Cleaning Services. Bij hun aankomst wilde ik graag een toelichting geven/wat aanwijzen en de medewerkster zei: het is een deep cleaning dus we doen alles: in de praktijk blijkt dat dit betekent 'een doekje ergens over halen' en dan hopen dat het een schone doek is. Ik vind dat de medewerkers zelf moeten zien en oppakken wat nodig is en dat ze beseffen dat vuil ook onzichtbaar kan zijn en wat hygiene betekent. Op de website van het bedrijf staat beschreven wat te verwachten en er waren ook per e-mail afspraken gemaakt: in de praktijk is geen van beide waargemaakt. Keuken: Op het moment dat ik iets zei over de keukenkastjes die van binnen en van buiten nog nauwelijks tot niet gedaan waren, zweeg de ene medewerker en de andere medewerkster haalde na aandringen even snel een, gebruikt, doekje over een van de planken in een van de kastjes (deep cleaning?). Toilet: Zichtbaar niet schoongemaakt (vuilrand in de doortrekker, geen schoonmaakmiddel gebruikt). Bij vertrek is de laatste emmer vuil water door het toilet gespoeld, waardoor er ook vuilspetters op de randen zaten. Vloeren: Er is vluchtig gedweild. Bij een deep cleaning mag dit vaker/intensiever, vind ik en de de dweil en het water mag ook vaker vervangen worden. De vloer moest ook opnieuw schoongemaakt worden en het komt er op neer dat de hele woning achteraf schoongemaakt moest worden. Tijdens die schoonmaak achteraf zaten er haren van de Scrubiq schoonmakers in de schoonmaakdoeken. Materiaal en details: De gebruikte materialen en de kleine stofzuiger oogden onprofessioneel en de schoonmaakmiddelen roken onfris (de koelkast stinkt na reiniging). Plinten, deuren en de bovenkant van deuren zijn volledig overgeslagen. Als ik even ging kijken naar het werk, dan haalde de medewerkster ineens gehaast een doekje over een deurkruk: zo'n gebaar van 'o, ja', ik had namelijk aangegeven dat deurkrukken en lichtknoppen belangrijk waren. Oftewel: het wekt geen vertrouwen inzake zelfstandig en serieus schoonmaken met verantwoordelijkheid. Ook hadden de medewerkers geen trapje bij zich; er werd zonder overleg op onze stoelen gestaan. Zonder dat die stoelen dan weer schoongemaakt zijn: geen oog voor hygiene. Op een gegeven moment leken de schoonmakers haast te hebben om weg te komen. Er was wél alle tijd om met twee personen uit te leggen hoe we via een 'tikkie' konden betalen. Op het moment zelf ga je uit van vertrouwen, achteraf realiseren we ons extra hoe slecht er is gepresteerd. Het gevoel van onbehagen in onze nieuwe woning is niet meer ongedaan te maken. Klacht ingediend en schadevergoeding: geen enkele reactie. Via e-mail heb ik een klacht ingediend bij Scrubiq Cleaning Services. Geen enkele reactie van Scrubiq. Later heb ik Scrubiq gevraagd om het betaalde bedrag te retourneren en te verhogen met een schadevergoeding. Scrubiq geeft geen enkele reactie en ze hadden nu een ruime week gelegenheid.
