Scrubiq Cleaners Terms of Service

1. Definitions

• Client: The individual or entity requesting cleaning services.
• Company: Scrubiq Cleaners, registered in the Netherlands (KVK number: 97874078
  , Address: Binnen Wieringerstraat 18, Amsterdam Netherlands).
• Services: Cleaning services provided as described on our website or in our agreements (e.g., regular cleaning, deep cleaning, move-in/move-out, commercial).

2. Acceptance

By booking or using our Services, you agree to these Terms. We may update them at any time; the latest version will always be available online and effective upon posting

3. Scope of Services

Our Services include those specified when booking (e.g., type, frequency, location). Additional requests may result in extra charges.

4. Booking, Payment & Cancellation

• Payment is due as per the booking confirmation.
• Cancellations should be made at least 24 hours before the appointment. Late cancellations may incur a fee.

5. Liability

We employ reasonable care and professional standards. However, we are not liable for indirect losses (e.g., lost income) or incidental damages.

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the total fee paid for the Service or €100, whichever is higher.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate service with notice. We may refuse or stop service if terms are violated.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts in the Netherlands (e.g., Amsterdam or Utrecht)
